What is the rule of self care, why it is essential, never forget who you are ! always try to give positive food to your mind. whole world is crazy and we are living in a crazy time, the things are not going well, our routine give us stress. we want some break to motivate ourself. here are some tips how you stay positive and look after yourself.
Yoga
Yoga originated in India. yoga is so graceful for us, if you do yoga in morning time, it will beneficial for you, do only 30 minutes daily.

Dance
Dance with yourself, dance is a good exercise for your mind, it gives a positivity to yourself, do close the door, start music, and enjoy dance with yourself, if you are in stress and want to relax yourself, start a dance it is no matter you are a good dancer or not, enjoy dance with your self.

Change your environment
If you are sitting in a messy room, you have messy living room, your desk is not properly organized, your kitchen lookes dirty, take a duster and start to clean up, if you are in stress and you trying to clean all you need , you will find out that you kill all stress in your mind, this is also a part of self care.

Baking
Baking is a good idea ! if you are in a stress, and wants to motivate yourself, wants to feel good about yourself, take a pot, and start to bake, make cake , biscuits, whatever you want, it is scientifically proven that you start baking, it is good for you.
Keep distance with negative people
Cut out all the negativity, if people did not give you happiness, don’t pull the cart full of negative people, keep distance, think only about yourself, think only about a good company, live with that people, who love you, who cares you.

Take a walk
When you are walking alone, it means, you are with you, no one could interrupt you, you can figure out all the problems, so take a walk with you, and collect all the positivity for you.
go a coffee house and sit there alone, no matter what people think about you, go and watch people around, and try to talk with strangers, it will help you to make friends.

Take a shower,
Take a spa, massage your body to relax yourself, light up your bathroom to candles, it gives you inner strength.

Take a break
Turn your phone off, avoid people to talk, disconnect with the social media, disconnect all communication, and spend time only with you

Have a tea with you
Make a cup of tea, sit with you, and enjoy it, always try to kind with you, the whole world is wierd, some people do not like you, they do not like your progress, they do not treat you well, only you are the best friend of yourself , so always take care of yourself.
